Group Exercise Classes

We offer a weight training class on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00. Our class is led by a Physical Therapist who is certified in weight training. Proper technique, form, balance, posture and breathing are emphasized.
Our new building is set-up well for these programs to be performed on our gym floor with surrounding mirrors allow the athlete to focus on form and proper technique. Several area student athletes have improved their game with these programs.
This class was started for Senior Citizens, but it is appropriate and challenging for people of all ages and activity levels.
There is no charge to join our class!
