Sports Enhancement and Injury Prevention

At Nannen & Harte Physical Therapy we not only focus on rehabilitation of sports injuries, but also on prevention of injuries. We continue to offer our preventative and sports performance programs to those athletes looking to improve their game.

These programs take into account flexibility, strength, balance and endurance to better prepare your body to perform at its optimal level for any sport. Challenging your body in the off-season will show up on the playing field with increased speed, agility, and a decreased chance of injury.

Our new building is set-up well for these programs to be performed on our gym floor with surrounding mirrors allow the athlete to focus on form and proper technique. Several area student athletes have improved their game with these programs.
